Montseny Hivernale
Beer style: CHRISTMAS ALE – Spiced and toasted winter ale. Speciality of the season.
Tasting notes: To the taste this product combines the bitter sweetness of roasted malt with notes of star anise, resulting in a warm and comforting beer to liven up gatherings with friends. To drink by itself or to accompany sweet desserts.
Ingredients: Malts: Pale Ale, Amber, Chocolate, Coffee Crystal and Caramel; Hops: Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings. Spices: Star Anise.
Serving temperature: Between 10 º and 15 º C, although it can be tasted colder, reducing the characteristic Ale textures and flavours.
Alcohol content: 7.0% Alc.Vol.
